Every feature is included: promotion gate checks, AI coaching briefs, service pricing matrix, Zenoti integration, provider portal, bonus calculator, and more. No add-ons, no tiers, no feature gates. No. Zenoti integration is optional. You can upload a standard CSV or XLSX export from any salon software to import monthly KPI data. If you do have Zenoti API credentials, SalonPath can sync data automatically every month — but it's not a requirement to get started.
Not unless you want them to. SalonPath generates a magic link for each provider — a unique URL that gives them a read-only view of their own gates, KPI history, bonus history, and AI coaching brief. No username. No password. No app to download.
